Elecard Boro is a scalable probe-based monitoring system for DVB, IPTV and OTT services. Probes analyse MPEG-TS, HLS, MPEG-DASH, SRT and RTMP streams in real time, measuring continuity, ETSI TR 101 290 priority errors, bitrate, PSNR and QoE. The central server provides live and mosaic views, alarm journals, recording and reports. We deploy probes at headend, regional and edge points so return feeds and signal quality are watched before viewers notice a fault.
