Applied research is useful when it answers a decision. We frame each engagement around a specific hypothesis, define success measures and time-box the work so the organisation can scale, pivot or stop without sunk-cost pressure.
Typical projects combine a prototype, a small real-world data set and a structured evaluation: technical feasibility, operating cost, user acceptance and the risks that would appear at scale. We document the result in a form that survives staff changes.
Where the pilot succeeds, we produce a scale-up plan with architecture, cost model and delivery milestones; where it does not, the negative result is captured so the same ground is not covered twice.

How engagements start
Most projects begin with a scoping call and a written technical approach covering assumptions, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Fixed-price and retainer models are both available.
